You\u2019ve carried questions you were never meant to answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was wrong with me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why wasn\u2019t I enough?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What did I miss?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Listen to Me gently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You did not cause the loss you experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You were not too needy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You were not too quiet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You were not too difficult to love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adults make decisions from fear, pain, shame, and brokenness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children live with the consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happened to you was not a reflection of your value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a reflection of a world that does not always know how to love well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do not ask you to excuse what hurt you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I ask you to stop carrying blame that was never yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, let Me hold what you\u2019ve been holding alone\u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n

even if only for a moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is enough for today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
