    I don\u2019t approach coaching as a process of fixing or managing people. I listen carefully, ask discerning questions, and respect the pace at which clarity and change unfold. Sessions are shaped by presence rather than pressure, and by trust in the work God is already doing beneath the surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Coaching conversations are spacious, honest, and grounded\u2014designed to help you notice what matters, name what\u2019s true, and respond with wisdom rather than urgency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Coaching typically unfolds through one-on-one conversations held at a regular cadence. Sessions offer space for reflection, prayerful discernment, and practical integration into daily life.
